right now it's just enjoying while they're at this age because I know it's going to go by fast. my boy gus called him his best friend last night right before he fell asleep so that definitely takes the cake as a top 10 all time moment so far into fatherhood. my girl is about to start walking any day now so just counting down the mins!
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
my dad instilled a lot in me and that's what i'm trying to do for my kids. plus it's just fun, highly recommend it!
How would you use the $25,000?
oddly enough this all comes back to dads. my father just lent me $40,000 so I could put a deposit down on an investment property for my kids if or when they decide to use it one day. I'm very fortunate and grateful for him but I'd like to pay him back sooner than later. my dad gave me a place to live in out of college and I just love the idea of having something for Gus and Fern ready for them if they decide this is something they would like 15-20 years from now.
