Watching my daughter succeed, hands down. Our children are a reflection of their biggest influence. I spend a lot of time trying to teach her right from wrong, kindness and the importance of god. It is very rewarding when I am having a rough time and she reflects back on something I’ve taught her and advises me correctly, it lets me know that it has stuck with her.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
So that my daughter is better prepared for adulthood. The harder I try now, the easier her life will be when she ventures out on her own. I also want her to understand that no matter what’s happening in her life she can always come to me for help. I want to provide to her an opportunity that always seemed out of reach for me.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would love to invest this now so that when she’s 18+ she may have enough money for a complete college education. Being a blue-collar(construction) single parent it’s very hard to save enough to amount to anything these days.
