Watching my kids grow up and put into action the things I have taught them. Nothing gives me more pride than watching my daughters (I have 4) be polite or kind or just be decent humans.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Because my kids are gonna rule the world one day. And what determines how they rule that world is what they learn from me. We live by the code, "don't break it and leave it better than you found it"
