The most rewarding part is watching my son grow and knowing I get to be one of the first people he looks to. Every milestone, laugh, and little moment reminds me that everything I'm working toward isn't just for me, it's to build a life he can be proud of and a dad he can always count on.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because my son is watching, even when I don't realize it. I want him to grow up knowing what it looks like to work hard, take care of yourself, love your family, and keep going when life gets difficult. I won't always get it right, but I want him to always know that I showed up and gave him my best.
How would you use the $25,000?
I'd use it to give my family some breathing room while putting us in a better position for the future. I'd pay down some of our debt, put some toward savings for my son, and use a portion to create experiences and memories with my family. It wouldn't just be $25,000 to me. It would be an opportunity to take some pressure off today while building a stronger tomorrow.
