It’s watching my “kids” & “grandkids” (whom I’m raising) become the people they were meant to be. I love being there for the big milestones, but it’s the little things that mean the most…The laughs, the conversations, the calls just because they want to talk. Knowing they trust me, love me & still want me in their lives is the hugest reward! I’m blessed with their love. I tell you…I get pretty emotional thinking about my kids/grandkids I love them so much. I’m so lucky with them.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Because being a dad is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I’m not perfect & I’ve certainly made mistakes but I want my kids to know I’ll ALWAYS be in their corner. I want to lead by example, support them when they need me, challenge them when they need it, and always be someone they can count on. I believe society will thank good dads too as kids grow to be awesome members of society.
How would you use the $25,000?
Because of how the money would come to me, I’d use it to create memories with my family. I’d love to take my kids on a trip & create an experience we’ll talk about for years. I’m raising my young grandson so I’d also put some aside for him for his future. And yes…I’d keep a little for something completely fun & irresponsible!
