Watching my kids grow into their own little people and knowing I get to be there for it. The hugs, the laughs, the “Dad, come look at this!” moments, those are the things I’ll remember forever. Nothing I accomplish in business or life will ever compare to being the person they run to when they’re excited, scared, proud, or just need a hug and a kiss. Knowing they feel safe, loved, and supported by me is the greatest reward I could ever ask for.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Because one day my kids will be grown, and I know I’d give anything to come back and live just one of these ordinary days again. I don’t want to look back wishing I had worked less, listened more, or been there more. I want them to grow up never questioning how much their dad loved them. If I can give them a childhood filled with love, memories, laughter, and the confidence that Dad will always be in their corner, then I’ve succeeded at the most important job I’ll ever have.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use it to give my family something money can’t normally buy: more time together. I’ve worked hard building a small business so I can provide for my family while still being present for my kids. This $25,000 would give us breathing room to work a little less, make more memories, take a family adventure, and put some away for their futures. Years from now, I don’t want my kids to remember what I bought them. I want them to remember everything we did together.
