For me the most rewarding part about being a dad is recognizing your children’s potential and seeing that potential become a reality. Because honestly at times it can be a real challenge as a father but what makes it all worth while is walking through that front door at the end of a long hard days work and immediately having my daughters run up hug me and welcome me home. In m opinion there is no better feeling at that moment than that.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can because growing up and not having a relationship with my father often left me feeling sad with feelings of resentment, as I would see other kids spending time with their dads, I would see dads teaching and even disciplining them. I would often think to myself how lucky they were to even have a dad that they could complain about. So knowing what that feels like vowed to not only be in my daughters life but to give to my girls everything I wish I had and more
How would you use the $25,000?
I would take 15 thousand of the funds and use that to add to my daughter’s college funds. This would be very helpful being that because I haven’t been able to put as much into there accounts as I would like to. With remaining amount I would plan a family trip somewhere to get away and spend sometime together and with the remaining I would use to pay off some bills. This would help a lot because that would mean I don’t have to work as many hours trying which takes away precious quality time.
