The most rewarding part of being a dad is watching my son grow into a young man. Giving him the tools he will need to lead a meaningful life. As he gets older, and accomplishes more and more, knowing I helped shape him as a person, brings warmth to my heart and soul.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because I didn't have much of a father growing up. I want to be the father to my son that I wish I would have had myself. I didnt have a relationship with my father until my early adulthood, and even then, it was tumultuous. I never want my son to go through what I did. He deserves the world and it my job to ensure he gets it.
How would you use the $25,000?
With $25k I would hopefully start the upstairs of my house. It is an unfinished 2nd floor and has been on our 5 year plan for the last 6 years. $25k at ACE Hardware would really help put a dent in the renovation costs. The second floor is to be a another master suite and office space. My wife would get the closet she needs for all her clothes and dang shoes... My son would then inherit the first floor master.
