Honestly, all of it is rewarding. From seeing the excitement on your kids’ faces when they show you something new they learned, to being the one who teaches them an important life lesson. Watching them grow while realizing that you’re growing right alongside them as a parent is something truly special. Being there for the little moments, the big milestones, and everything in between is what makes being a dad so rewarding.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because I’m the only dad my kids will ever have, and I want to make that role count. I want to raise good, kind, respectful human beings who grow up knowing they can handle life on their own. My goal is to raise them so they don’t need me in their lives, but because of the love, memories, and relationship we’ve built, they’ll always want me to be a part of them.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would also give both of my kids a “yes day,” where we could spend the entire day doing the things they love without the usual limitations. I would make it the most memorable day of their lives—full of adventure, laughter, and meaningful time together. Whatever I had left over after that would be put aside to invest in the kids future.
