Seeing my daughter be way cooler than me. Sharing all the fun things about making your own fun. And putting a kind, well tempered person into the world that will make it a better place to be with her in it. And I get to drink beer and grill.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
It’s my responsibility, I can’t very well be lazy and and raise a shithead. I refuse. It’s mostly stubbornness not to raise a boring person under my tutelage and she is anything but boring. Self reliance is important and that’s what I strive to instill in her. She rules, she is funny and awesome.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would put it towards her post secondary fund, college or trade school. And probably use it towards the down payment of a house. I was divorced last year and it really rocked me, I lost the house and am looking to get one again. I started my own production company and until that shows as profitable I’m in waiting and 25k would go a long way in helping with that.
