After a long day on a construction site, nothing is more rewarding than coming home to my babies running into my arms. I know these days won’t last forever so I cherish this truly. Also watching my daughter handle tough situations with the respect, integrity, and patience I’ve taught her reminds me that fatherhood is more than providing. It’s teaching, guiding, and being present.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
There’s no rulebook on how to be a dad, but I’ve learned that whatever I do, I should give it my best. As a Safety Manager, it’s my job to help men perform at their best and make it home safely every day. I carry that same mindset into my home as I learn and grow with my wife and children. At the forefront of it all is gratitude. I truly appreciate the blessing and responsibility of being a father, leader, protector, and provider for my family..
How would you use the $25,000?
We all know $25,000 isn’t life changing, but it would be a meaningful boost for my family. I’d buy my daughter a piano and a 3D printer to encourage her creativity and so she can make endless dinosaurs and fidgets for her little brother lol. And I’d love to take my family to Disney World! Most importantly, if I’m blessed to win, I’d be grateful knowing my participation also helped support this cause and children in need.
