Watching my son grow up and how much he looks up to me. He's follows me around like a shadow and copies everything I do. He's so strong and independently minded, and that brings me great pride and joy. I also love being a pillar of strength and support for my wife, who's helped our son through the toughest parts of his battle with brain cancer. Seeing how resilient we can be when tested by life has made me proud as a father and husband.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I want to be a positive role model for my son. I want to be someone he can rely on and look up to. I want him to have a loving family who always supports him, as well as eachother. I want other fathers to be able to see the positive influence I've had on my son's and my wife's life and to be the benchmark of an example of what it means to be not just a great dad, but a SUPER dad.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use that money to secure a future for my family. I'd most likely use it as a down payment on a home with some land that I can one day pass down to him after we build it up together. I'd also set some money aside for when he gets older to give him a head start on building up his own family one day. I take great pride in the hopes of establishing a strong legacy for my son and his future.
