The most rewarding part is experiencing the journey together. Watching my sons grow, learn, and discover the world while I grow alongside them makes it all worthwhile. We've faced unimaginable loss and uncertainty, but we keep facing tomorrow's unknowns together. I'm incredibly proud of how far they've come after losing their mom so young, while being raised by a grieving dad who is still figuring things out.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
My sons deserve it. I am the dad who was chosen to get them through this sudden loss. I refuse to fail them or their late mom. I know that in order for them to achieve their maximum potential, I must be intentional about how I raise them. Their greatness is depending on it. I have and will continue to do the work that will allow me to be present in their life and guide them toward their God-given purpose.
How would you use the $25,000?
I will take a good portion of the money and add it to the investment accounts already set-up towards. I would invest in some ideas that would generate more income for us. Finally, I would take them on a much needed vacation...they deserve it!
