The most rewarding part is watching my kids grow and knowing I get to be there for all of it. Seeing them accomplish something they worked hard for, hearing them laugh, or just having them come to me when they need me means more than I can explain. Being their dad is the most important job I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I lost my dad when I was 18, and it’s honestly one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to go through. That loss taught me how precious time with your parents really is. I try my best every day because I want my kids to have me there for many, many years. I want to be there for the big moments, the little moments, and everything in between. I want them to always know how much I love them and that their dad will always be there for them.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use it to take some financial pressure off my family and invest in my kids. My son is 15, so I’d put some of the money toward getting him his first vehicle and making sure he has something safe and reliable. I’d also take care of some bills, put some aside for my kids’ future, and use some to make memories together. Winning $25,000 wouldn’t just be money to me it would give my family some breathing room and let me do things for my kids that I work hard every day to provide.
