I have to older kids we adopted out the system and a new baby. The best part is "Coming home from work to my youngest son's excited 'Daddy!' as he runs to greet me instantly melts away the day's stresses. Watching my older kids thrive, overcoming the challenges they faced in the system, fills me with pride. Seeing my son play football and helping my daughter navigate college choices makes everything feel incredibly right."
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
"Having grown up without a father, I understand the void that can leave. I'm committed to ensuring my children never feel that absence or the need to hide anything from me. I want them to know, unequivocally, that their dad will always be there, finding a way to make things happen for them, no matter what it takes. Their needs and wants are my top priority, even if it means working every day, all day."
How would you use the $25,000?
"There are so many possibilities for what I could do. I could finally take my family on that dream vacation, or even buy my son his first car. I've also been dreaming of finishing my backyard project, building a porch and an outdoor kitchen. And giving my son his own room would be amazing. It feels like money is always the biggest hurdle for these projects, so $25,000 would genuinely go a long way in helping my family and bringing these dreams to life."
