Seeing what was a tiny pooping potato grow and learn and develop into thier own person. You get to see all they take on from your own personality and outside factors. Learn right from wrong. How to conduct themselves outside of the house. How they have develop thier own humor which will have you laughing in tears. Becoming so proud of who they have become as a person in this ever challenging world. To think I had even a single hand in that process is such an honor.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I owe it to him. Flat out, full stop. The only choice in life we don't make is existing. His coming into this world was on me. It is my duty, as well as my pleasure to strive at giving him every opportunity, every chance to have a good life with whatever I can scrape together. At the end of the day my child will make choices that impact thier life in whatever direction it make take, but it is my sole responsibility to guide him in the way that he becomes the best he can be.
How would you use the $25,000?
First off this kid deserves a real vacation. I haven't been able to do that for him yet. Then absolutely towards his college savings and car savings. His dream car is a mustang. As long as he shows he is responsible, trustworthy, and doing well in school, I'd love the ability to see he has one.
