Seeing them be good humans: hold doors for others, saying please and thank you, and taking care of anyone that’s needs help. Having them show love right back at cha ya is the most rewarding part of being a parent! The random hugs and the encouragement to have a great day bring smiles to my face. Having littles look to you all the time for the right answers can be daunting, but knowing you get a hand in shaping them and get to experience life with them feels like the greatest gift.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Being a great influential role model is always the goal. They see and hear everything we do, so be the person you wish for them to become. Their happiness is always fun to be a part of, but it’s so important to be there for them through all the emotions. Having a hand in teaching them ways to cope with different situations that arise in life is a privilege I don’t take for granted. I’m honored to be there for all steps of their lives and make it known to them that I will always be there for em.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would love to take family on a nice vacation to the beach or a train ride through the mountains to enjoy earth’s beauty. It would also be an amazing opportunity to teach kiddos how to handle money. Pay bills, save, and help out others somehow! Out kiddos split their money they earn into those categories and then decide how to use it.
