Watching my boys become their own people. Seeing their personalities, interests, and confidence grow while knowing I get to help guide them along the way is pretty incredible. My goal isn't to make them just like me. It's to give them the foundation to become even better men.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Because I had a great example. My dad showed me what it meant to be present, work hard, take care of your family, and be a good man. I know how much that shaped who I am today. I want my boys to be able to look back someday and feel the same way about me.
How would you use the $25,000?
I'd use it to transform our dark, dungeon-looking basement into a space that's truly theirs. A place where my three boys can play, wrestle, make a mess, hang out with their friends, and just be boys. As they grow up, I want our house to be the house where they and their friends want to be. The $25,000 would help us create that space and, hopefully, a whole lot of great memories along with it.
