First of all I never wanted to be a dad, because I didn’t want to make a child’s life miserable. But after becoming a dad I invested my time and energy into making sure they would shine in life. I joined the military to show them pride for our country and to allow them to see places I could have never taken them. My three sons also served and serving currently. My daughter is a school teacher helping to develop children. I also my life by doing what I am called to do as a pastor in local church
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be so that my children and grandchildren will see a man they can be honored to call their dad. I want them to be proud of me for the way I guide my family and make tough decisions in order to be able to provide properly for them. I strived to make sure all were able to attend college and graduate so they can be productive citizens and build them up in their dreams to achieve greater success for their families. Trying to leave a legacy that will continue for year
How would you use the $25,000?
I would spend it by getting my family together for a reunion. We have not been together in over three years. One son is in Japan with his wife and children, one son is in Indiana with his wife and children, one son is in California with his wife and children, and daughter is here in North Carolina with her husband. With us coming together for laughs and fun would be great. I would probably purchase a grill from Ace Hardware to make cooking a little easier.
