Seeing the smiles on their faces. Knowing that they see how hard I struggle to give them what they need and sometimes want but they know that I always show up no matter what.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I never want them to go through the things that I went through as a child to include but not limited to homeless. I want to have a better relationship with them than the one I had with my father as a child. Never being told that he loved me, never hugged me, never told me he was proud(we have a great relationship now). I always make sure that I do those things! Although they make me proud day in and day out I want them to be proud of me the man that raised them.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use it to purchase an SUV the is RELIABLE and big enough for all of us to fit. I would also love to take them on a road trip from Indiana where we live to Montana for them to meet my dad whom they’ve never met in person.
