Being able to see my son develop and meet milestones we never thought possible. Seeing his smile gets me out of bed in the morning, and it is the highlight of my day when I get home every night. My little guy is going to have a long hard journey ahead with his health, but it is going to be the biggest reward in my life to help him tackle and face those challenges head on and see him come out the other side stronger than before.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad because I need to be my son’s biggest advocate everyday. I have to show up for him to help fight through his hospital stays, surgeries, and his daily appointments. I have to strive to be the best that I can be so I can be the father that he needs in those moments and provide him with comfort and support. I also strive to be the most supportive husband I can be because my wife needs equal amount of emotional support through those moments, and I never shy away from it
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use the $25,000 for medical expenses as well as to go towards a house! It would be the biggest blessing.
