The most rewarding part about being a dad is being able to watch ch my 3 girls grow and achieve their goals in life, watching them smile and laugh, the ways they joke with each other. They all have a very unique personality and just seeing how they each tackle things differently in life is very important for them and their relationship with each other and for their future. It’s rewarding to know that I had a hand in how they are growing up, how they teach each other now and the future.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I Try to be the best I can because I don’t know how much longer I have with my kids and family. As mentioned, I was diagnosed with glioblastoma brain cancer back in November 2025. So as of then I’m living month to month with my health and fighting to be here everyday for my wife and girls. I want to do everything I can for them and not fail, I want them to see that no matter what life hands you, fight for yourself, your health and family. At the end of the day, that’s what matters most .
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use the money to take my family on a much deserved trip so that we can create some fun, amazing memories together. They have all worked so hard to help me with my health, specially my wife,a little getaway would be perfect!.I lost the left peripheral vision in both eyes from tumor surgery,I'm a journeyman welder in a coal mine,If my health doesn’t allow me to return to work, I would love to start a small microgreens business so that I can grow healthy affordable organic food for people.
