Bring a protector and a provider. Being able to help and guide my children by setting the example and showing them how to take care of themselves, others, and solve problems independently. The single most rewarding part of being a dad is being able to set the boundaries for which they should operate as citizens and humans. And being able to keep them within those boundaries by talking to them about why we do the things we do.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Because it is my job and responsibility to my children to ensure they’re productive, selfless, thankful humans. They will be a reflection of my wife and I and how they live their lives when we are gone.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would take my family on a nice vacation, and invest some of it for each of my children for their future. I’d also donate some to a local shelter which takes in families and children escaping harmful living situations.
