Watching my kids grow into their own unique personalities and knowing I get a front-row seat to it all. From the big accomplishments to the ordinary everyday moments, nothing means more to me than being present, watching them succeed, helping them through the hard days, and knowing they’ll always have Dad in their corner.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Because being their dad is the most important job I’ll ever have. I know the example I set today will help shape the adults they become tomorrow. I want my kids to always know they are loved, valued and supported, while teaching them to be kind, work hard, love others, stand up for what’s right, and never be afraid to chase what God has put in their hearts.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use it to create memories and opportunities for my kids while also investing in their future. Being a dad has taught me that the greatest things I can give them aren’t things… they’re experiences, time together and opportunities to pursue what they love. I’d save a portion for their futures and use some to take them on a family trip they’d remember for the rest of their lives.
