Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Any man will tell you, you son is the only male that you strive to make better than you on all metrics. I have to push. I don’t have a wife to help like the other guys do.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would put $16k away in his long term savings account. The remainder $9k I would use to enroll him in private school. Public school is quite a bit different now than when I was his age. It’s just him and I. I don’t have much time left so it all goes to the boy.
