Watching my boys grow into their own personalities and knowing I get to be part of shaping the men they’ll become. Nothing beats hearing “Dad,” whether they need help fixing something, want me to cook their favorite meal, or just want me there. Knowing they feel safe, loved, and protected because being their dad is the greatest reward I could ever ask for.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Because my boys are watching me even when I don’t realize it. I want them to learn that being a good man means working hard, taking care of your family, keeping your word, helping others, and always showing up. One day they won’t need me the way they do now, but I hope the example I give them today stays with them for the rest of their lives.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use it to give my family something more valuable than stuff: security and memories. I’d pay down family expenses, put money aside for my boys’ future, and use a portion to take them on a family trip they’ll remember when they’re grown. Winning would give us some breathing room today while helping me build something for their tomorrow. Maybe just spoil the boys lol.
