The most rewarding part about being a dad is watching 6 boys and 1 girl turn into good, kind, capable adults. 3 are in college now, 1 graduates this winter, and every milestone reminds me my job was never to keep them, it was to prepare them. Hearing āThanks, Dadā after years of āDad, I needā¦ā is the best promotion Iāve ever gotten.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because 7 children are watching. With 6 boys and 1 girl, I know my example becomes their blueprint. I want them to know what love, patience, and showing up looks like, so they pass it on. My job isnāt raising children, itās raising adults who make the world better.
How would you use the $25,000?
$25,000 would go where it matters: easing tuition costs, tackling family expenses, and creating memories together. College isnāt cheap, and neither are groceries for 9. Iād pay down some debt, invest in their futures, and take all 7 children on one last trip before the nest empties. Being a super dad means providing and being present.
