The most rewarding part of being a dad is watching my kids become their own people. Seeing their laughter, curiosity, confidence and kindness growing every day. I love being there for the big milestones, but just as much for the little moments: school drop-offs, practices, bedtime talks and inside jokes.Knowing they feel loved, supported and safe with me makes every sacrifice and busy day worth it.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
My kids are my greatest motivation. The way they light up when I walk through the door, ask me to coach their teams, or simply want me beside them reminds me how much a dad’s presence matters. I want to lead by example, showing them how to work hard, love deeply, keep your word, treat people well and always make time for family. If they grow up knowing I showed up for them every day, I’ll know I did my job.
How would you use the $25,000?
Our family loves exploring together, so I’d use the $25,000 to create a once-in-a-lifetime family adventure, something our kids will remember long after they’ve outgrown the toys and trophies. I’d want it to be more than a vacation: a chance to unplug, experience new places together, learn, laugh and make the kind of memories we’ll still be talking about around the dinner table decades from now.
