The amazing memories i get to make with them. They are my whole world and i’m primarily focused on keeping them happy and making sure they have everything they need. Adam has an absent father and i have known him since he was a baby, i have been the father figure to him and i don’t ever want him to feel like he doesn’t have one. I grew up without mine and feel like god has put me in his life for a reason. I couldn’t be more blessed to have them both in my life. They can always count on me.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I want to set the example for them. I recently finished college and I want to build a career as an electrician. I want to work towards building my own electrical contracting business and i hope that the end result will be their determination to college as they get older. They are my WHY to keep me showing up for work and designing the blueprint to a good life for them.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use it to pay off my credit cards, buy my kids clothes and shoes, take them for a trip to Disneyland and then put the rest into their savings accounts. I don’t really spend any money on myself because i put them first. It’s been financially hard but i’m still keeping my head up and pulling through to the very end because that is what they deserve.
