What is Super Dad?
Learn MoreWhat's the most rewarding part about being a dad?
The most rewarding part of being a dad is watching my kids become their own people and knowing I get to have a small hand in not only who they become but also what they can build. Seeing them grow, overcome something that was hard for them, or show kindness when nobody’s watching makes me prouder than anything I could ever accomplish for myself.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because I’m building something far more important than anything made with my hands, my children’s foundation. Someday they’ll face life without me beside them, and I want what I’ve taught them, how I’ve loved them, and the example I’ve set to be strong enough to stand on its own.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use the $25,000 to create a timeless backyard gathering place for my kids, centered around a beautiful, built-to-last family swing. A place where we can make memories today, but more importantly, a place they can return to as adults, sit together, remember their childhood, and always feel like they’re home. I’d love for something built with this prize to still be bringing my family together long after they’ve outgrown the backyard.
