What is Super Dad?
Learn MoreWhat's the most rewarding part about being a dad?
Watching my kids grow into their own unique personalities and knowing I get to help shape who they become. With five kids, no two days, or kids, are ever the same. Whether I’m coaching, cheering from the sidelines, helping through a tough day, or just making them laugh, the greatest reward is being present for the moments that become memories and knowing they’ll always have Dad in their corner.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
My kids are always watching how I live, not just listening to what I say. I want them to see what it means to work hard, support and serve others, get back up when life knocks you down, and always show up for the people who matter. I won’t always get it right, but I want each of my five kids to grow up knowing they were loved, supported, and that their dad gave them everything he had.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use the $25,000 to create opportunities and memories for my five kids: family adventures, sports and activities, and money toward their futures. Life with five kids moves fast, and I’ve learned that the greatest thing I can give them is my time and experiences we’ll still be talking about years from now. I’d also set aside a portion to support youth athletics and help more kids experience a sport and community many of which have given so much to my family and me.
