The most rewarding part about being a dad to me is, I get to have a first hand account of the joys and innocence of my children. It is difficult to have a bad day when I have 2 young children at home waiting for me with nothing but pure bliss. Children are really the most beautiful gift. My children are a constant reminder to me the there is more to life than what meets the eye…. That I am never too old to dream, to laugh, to imagine. I thank God everyday for the blessing of my children.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because my dad strove to be the best dad he could be. There is no greater honor than to emulate the man that came before me. Young souls to be formed in the image of God at the hands of a sinner. I don’t deserve my children but my children deserve a dad who is loves them unconditionally. To walk before them, with them, and eventually one day behind them. To be the constant in a world full of change. God has gifted me with such a vocation and I will do my best
How would you use the $25,000?
I would put a down payment on a camper. I want to show my kids the world. I want to have shared experiences and memories that will last a lifetime time. A camper would give us access to do more trips on our small budget. To see more sights and share more experiences. A space to laugh, to cry, to live our best lives together. I’m a 25 year old dad with a wife and 2 kids. If we have some left over I’m going to put it towards our house payment. May God bless you.
