First it’s watching my daughter grow everyday. Her smile when we play and seeing how strong her spirit is. Second it’s the appreciation I’ve gained for my parents. Being able to comprehend this level of love is life changing and has given my life so much more meaning and purpose. I’m so excited to share my life with my daughter. It’s so neat to see what she enjoys!
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I believe it’s an honor and a privilege to be a parent. We owe her. We wanted to have kids and it’s my duty to steward and protect her to the best of my ability. I believe it’s my job to prepare her for life and for her to always know she is safe with me. She is loved with me. And she is seen by me.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d like put some towards her college fund and I’d like to replace some of the windows in our home. Our home is 101 years old and the windows are single pane and need to be replaced for her and our security. If there’s any more left after that then maybe some fun toys and clothes for baby girl. Just really want our home to be safe for her to grow up in.
